It is okay if you have a change of mind. That’s fine!
If that is the case and the item is faultless, undamaged and in its original condition, and packaged with all accessories and manuals, contact us. After verification, you can either exchange it for another or you get a full refund when you return the item. Call PERTOC LIMITED for further information.

If your payment was by debit/credit card, the refund will be made to the same card. If you paid by mobile money the refund will be refunded to your mobile wallet account. Payments made by cash will be made by company cheque within 7 working days.

Please note:

Receipts must be kept as evidence of your purchase. No returns & refunds will be considered without it.
Refunds to credit/debit cards may take up to 7 working days depending upon the bank it was issued by.
